These terms govern your use of QR With Style. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact contact@qrwithstyle.com.
The service
QR With Style creates downloadable QR code designs. A verified account is required to create, save, and share designs or use a subscription. The current free allowance and subscription price are shown on the Plans page and confirmed before payment.
Your content and responsibility
You retain your rights to the text, destinations, and images you provide. You allow us to process and store them only as needed to create, save, and share your designs and provide the service. You must have the right to use any uploaded image and destination, and you must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.
You are responsible for checking a QR code's destination and testing the final downloaded or printed code on the devices and surfaces where it will be used. Our software scan check reduces errors but cannot guarantee that every camera, print size, material, color combination, or destination will work.
Accounts and sharing
Keep your account credentials secure. When you share a saved design with an email address, someone signed in with that address can view and download it. Share only with people you intend to give access to. You can revoke a recipient or delete the design from My QR codes, and can delete your account from the profile menu. Paid order snapshots remain subject to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Stripe handles checkout and payment information. The amount, currency, any applicable taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the customer portal linked from the Plans page. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the current paid period; access continues until that period ends. Contact us about a billing error or refund request. Your rights under applicable law remain in effect.
Printed sticker orders
Sticker purchases are separate, one-time payments available to signed-in users on any plan. The package quantity, material, dimensions, currency, and total are shown before payment. Package prices include shipping and applicable taxes for the selected delivery country. We ship from Canada to the enabled destinations in Canada and the United States.
Review your designs, destinations, dimensions, and shipping address before paying. Your order preserves the artwork and specifications purchased. The dispatch estimate is the time before shipment, not a guaranteed delivery date. You can follow fulfillment and any tracking information in My orders.
For an address correction, cancellation, printing issue, or refund request, contact contact@qrwithstyle.com with your order number. Please request changes before printing begins. A cancelled fulfillment status does not itself mean payment was refunded; payment and refund status are displayed separately. Your rights under applicable law remain in effect.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, or temporarily interrupt the service. We may change features or prices; a new subscription price will be shown before it applies to a new purchase. If a change affects an existing subscription, we will handle it through the billing process and any notice required by law. We may restrict accounts used to harm the service or others.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but QR scanning and access depend on devices, networks, printing, and third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
